Das Apartment hat ca. 45m² Wohnfläche und ist aufgeteilt auf 2 Ebenen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das neu renovierte Koch/-Ess/-Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Couch zur alleinigen Nutzung.
Im 1.Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, die einzeln vom Flur aus zu betreten sind:
Ein Einzelzimmer mit Bad und ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Ausgang auf den südseitigen Balkon.
Zu beachten ist, dass alle Räume vom Flur aus zu betreten sind und es keine abgeschlossene Wohneinheit ist.
Hinweis:
Der verpflichtend zu buchende Wäscheservice beinhaltet die Bettwäsche und zwei Handtücher pro Person für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt bei uns. Ein Wechsel der Wäsche während des Aufenthaltes ist nicht vorgesehen!

Welcome to Apartment Soldanella 6.
The apartment has approx. 45m² of living space and is divided over 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is the newly renovated kitchen / dining / living room with a large dining table and a comfortable couch for sole use.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, which can be entered individually from the hall:
One single room with bathroom and one double room with bathroom and exit to the south-facing balcony.
It should be noted that all rooms can be entered from the hallway and that it is not a self-contained residential unit.
