Our large (43m²) one-room holiday apartment on the first floor with a large south-facing roof terrace is the ideal accommodation for 2 people.
The sunny living-bedroom with a comfortable sofa landscape, a double bed, and built-in wardrobes features satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a radio, a large, fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the very large south-facing lounge roof terrace, which invites you to spend cozy hours in the summer months with a nice glass of wine or a sunny breakfast outdoors.
The bathroom/bathtub and the small hallway in the entrance area complete the beautiful overall picture of the holiday apartment. Your car parking space is, of course, located directly at the house. ---------------------------------------- The rental price already includes the costs for gas, electricity, water, and heating.
The rental price includes bed linen / towels for the initial setup.
