In winter, we are a 5-10 minute walk from the ski arena, and from the Isskogel, you can ski directly to our doorstep via the valley run "Skiwiese". Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location, away from the main road yet still central.
Right next door is the practice lift Ortsmitte as well as the ski path to the Zillertal Arena.
Shops, restaurants, bars, as well as the Zillertal Arena and cross-country ski trails are in close proximity.
Parking directly in front of the house, boot drying room, ski and bike storage. With the FREE MOUNTAIN CARD, you can use the Isskogelbahn and Dorfbahn lifts in Königsleiten for free during your summer stay. Prices are exclusive of local tax and final cleaning. Check-In: 3:00 PM / Check-Out: 9:30 AM Coming from the Zillertal, drive through the village to the Gasthof Oberwirt, then turn left and stay on this road.
