Lovely little cottage just what we were hoping for. The large enclosed garden was great for our dogs. Nice and quiet and the village was only a 5 minute drive away. Wendy was very welcoming and helpful and we are already thinking of returning. Thanks for a lovely break.

We loved this tiny cottage and particularly its location. Bonuses for us: marsh harrier and little owl seen from the cottage, amazing birds at Tophill Low Reserve, and we had delightful days in Hornsea and Beverley.

Lovely accommodation with a private garden great for dogs. There is an excellent fish and chip shop/ restaurant approximately 3 miles drive. Also a pub across front the chippy. Feels isolated which is great if you don't mind driving 3 miles in and out of the small hamlet of Hempholme. Would recomme...
