Old world Broads charm in a basic but very clean and well equipped small cottage beautifully located in a quiet wildlife-filled backwater. No wifi and at the moment almost no 4G so it will be an away from it all experience. Electricity by a £1 coin meter.

The property is in need of serious attention. The lounge/dining room window is rotting and difficult to open and close all windows, with some catches missing. The curtain linings are disintegrating.
