The town has a cinema, bowling, art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, including Rick Stein’s famous fish and chip restaurant in Events Square. The National Maritime Museum hosts over a full calendar of events including Falmouth Week with entertainment and the famous Oyster Festival; Falmouth has also been the host town to the Tall Ships Race and numerous international sailing events.
