A nice place to stay visiting relatives so was convenient .Some antibacterial hand wash in the kitchen would have been good ,as nothing to wash hands on entering the property. The electric fire didn't seem to radiate much extra warmth.. otherwise very comfortable.

Cannot fault the lodge at all. We were after a peaceful break from the city life and this ticked all the boxes. Beautiful location and the lodge was a perfect base to return to each evening.
Beds and living area very comfy.
Everything we needed for a short break was provided.
We will be looking to return in the future and would definitely recommend.
