This was an ideal place to take an elderly relative - a downstairs bedroom with walk in shower, a sitting area downstairs,and a very minor hill before a short, flat walk into Salcombe town centre.The Co-op is really near, for suppliesThe parking spaces for two cars is a reasonable size.Everything was in good condition.And the sun shone!
