Excellent accommodation. Quite rural if you want to be in walking distance to shops etc but we loved it and didn’t have any problems with traffic noise.
Spotless and had every piece of equipment needed.
Beautiful area and we enjoyed delicious meals at the Royal Oak in Hornby.

We love this place so much , in the last year we have stayed twice in the Shippon and twice in Gowen hall but this time round, it like the cleaners had just skimmed over the property, it needs a massive deep clean especially under the sofas and beds , they are quite bad to be honest, we are coming back in October and December so hopefully it will be sorted

Ideal for day trips but a little remote for shops and decent eateries
