Talland House is situated a stone’s throw from the harbour in the heart of Polperro.

Sleeping six people in three en-suite bedrooms and welcoming one well-behaved dogs, it is a popular spot. On entering the property, the living area is to the left with comfortable seating for six, and has wood burner nestled within an original stone surround, perfect for chillier evenings.

To the right, on entering the house, is the dining room with a large dining table and eight chairs, and leading off here is the kitchen, which includes double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.

The last room on this floor is a bathroom with a bath, toilet and wash hand basin; this room also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs on the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.

On the second floor in the eaves, there is a twin bedroom, also with an en-suite shower room. The furnished courtyard is a real bonus with this property; it sits just above the river that runs through the village to the harbour, and makes a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink throughout the day.
