On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautifully light open plan living and dining area with sensational views over Looe.
The wood burner will make this a cosy place to relax in the winter while the flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player will keep you entertained on those evenings where you just want to put your feet up.
The first floor hosts three welcoming bedrooms and the large bathroom.
To the front of Kerensa there is a delightful decked terrace with unrivalled views of Looe.
You won’t find a better spot in town to sit at the table with a spot of lunch or simply watch the world go by.
The house is ideally positioned just 200 yards from town, so you’ll be able to find everything you need within walking distance.
For the nights where you don’t feel like slaving over a hot stove, the town has a selection of traditional pubs serving local ales and fresh produce, and if you fancy a day at the beach, nearby East Looe Beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and sand castle building.

When we arrived there was a mix up with dates and therefore the cleaning hadn’t been done. However, a quick call and within 1/2hour they were there and turned it round to a high standard (while we went for a quick g&t😁). So, credit due to the owner who resolved the issue, quickly and efficiently and the rest of our stay was very enjoyable.

Very nice house with a really lovely view. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Looe itself is perfect for families with lots to do in and around the area.
