Just a short walk from the centre of Falmouth, this detached house is close to beaches, pubs, a marina and Pendennis Castle.. 2 steps to entrance.

Pallendor is a detached, upside-down house, set in a quiet residential area, and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Falmouth, perfect for small families and couples all year round. Close to the National Maritime Museum and Events Square, this property is a great base from which to enjoy the many events that Falmouth holds, including prestigious sailing events, Sea Shanty Week, Falmouth Week and the famous Oyster Festival in October. Falmouth is a vibrant town at any time of the year, with its busy port, marinas and Pendennis Castle, which is perched on the headland overlooking the Fal Estuary towards St Mawes Castle. Both castles were built by Henry VIII and are open daily to the public. The town also offers a wide selection of national and local shops, art galleries and a cinema. Gyllyngvase beach is nearby and is a magnet for families, as well as having a popular beach café and restaurant which is open all year, and Castle beach is perfect for rock pooling.
The area offers beautiful beaches and water sports including scuba diving, kayaking and sailing, as well as attracting walkers as there is easy access to the coastal paths. Birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts can visit nearby Swanpool Nature Reserve. Sub-tropical gardens can be found nearby, including Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick. The area can also be explored on the water, with a choice of ferry services available, including the St Mawes Ferry, or take a day or evening cruises along the coastline and down the beautiful Helford River. Take a sea safari trip, which offers the experience of close up encounters with basking sharks, dolphins and an abundance of other local wildlife. Beach ¼ mile.
