Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for wood burner included during winter months.

Situated in the ever popular town of Pakefield, near Lowestoft, Albion Cottage is a renovated, end terrace property, and is only 100 yards from a sandy beach, making it ideal for fishing.
Its bright interior makes it a more than comfortable base to relax in following a day of sun, sea, sand and fun on the Suffolk Coast.
There are many things to do in the surrounding area, including Africa Alive, which is a renowned nature reserve, Lowestoft, with its popular pier, and Pleasurewood Hills, the UK’s most easterly theme park.
Further inland, you will find Oulton Broad, part of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
From here, you can fish (licence required), hire a day boat or sit back and watch the passing pleasure craft.
Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich are all within easy reach by car.

This is our 2nd visit to Albion cottage Cottage is in an ideal position for dog walking, easy promenade walk if you don’t fancy going onto the beach. Hubby was fishing and caught whiting, dabs, pouting and a dogfish. Pubs close by serve good value meals. Fish and chips within walking distance was very good. Would definitely go back.

Lovely cottage, great place to stay. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent dog friendly pub(s) within a few minutes walk, with the beach and promenade close and easy to access. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!
