Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Roll Top Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet.
Air source heat pumping (underfloor in en-suite and bathroom), solar-powered electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial logs for wood burner provided, additional logs available locally.

The Downs Barn Lodge is a single-storey, detached lodge, within an AONB, sadly we have recently lost all of our re-homed battery chickens, but we are waiting for the next batch to be liberated.
Adjacent to the owner’s beautiful home, which has featured in many magazines and newspapers, the holiday property is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, between the town of Stroud and Cirencester.
There is an award-winning farm shop and café just a 3-minute walk from the property.
Superbly located for touring the villages of the Cotswold Hills, Tetbury and Westonbirt all close by, and Cheltenham within 20 miles.
Shop 1 mile, pub ¾ mile.
Free WiFi Initial fuel included for woodburner, rest available locally.
The building is heated by an air source heat pump.Children are welcome to enjoy the garden but are strictly prohibited from entering the rear of the garden marked PRIVATE and the lawn in front of the main house.
They should be supervised at all times.
There is a swing attached to a tree and it can be used at your own risk.
Only dogs allowed at the property.

The cottage was lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to sit around the table or relax around the coffee table. We had a very enjoyable family weekend.I couldn't rate it as 5 star because the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain at all which became a problem over the weekend despite discussing with the owners.

This is one of the nicest holiday cottages we’ve stayed in.Absolutely lovely, has everything you need and the location is great.Found some wonderful pubs to eat in with amazing food and enjoyed exploring the local area.We would certainly return.

Wonderful stay in a great location for what we wanted to do. Lovely grounds in which I came across a deer on a morning stroll. Owners gave all info needed a couple days before and very nice to talk to while we were there. Would definitely stay again.
