We loved the views from the house. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the boat race on Sunday morning. The owner was helpful and greeted us at the property.
The house is a little dated and unfortunately the beds were quite uncomfortable. A coat rack would be helpful. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Property is in a lovely location and not too far to visit many of the attractions Norfolk has to offer. The property itself is lovely, but is showing signs of excessive wear and tear - some upgrades such as new sofas and mattresses would be good investment.

We had a great time. The location is perfect with a great view of the Broads and Horning. Having the boat is such a bonus. Owners were friendly and helpful. We are already booked for next year.
