Within easy reach is the historic naval port and city of Plymouth, the coastal villages of Looe and Polperro and the quaint harbour town of Fowey.

Nice little cottage, quiet area, parking a little awkward but that is down to the area/type of properties always managed to either get parked outside somewhere or round the corner on the main road though.
