This is the gateway to the Durham Dales, Weardale and Teesdale, with splendour at Raby Castle and Bowes Museum, industrial heritage at Killhope, Beamish and Shildon.

A wonderful cottage in a rural location. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place for you. Little in the way of immediate amenities but all you could ask for close at hand. Lots to appreciate in terms of places to visit and wonderful countryside. Our second visit so we must like it!!

Hall Farm cottage is in an excellent location for exploring County Durham, the cottage itself is of a really high standard with a well equipped kitchen and with more than enough utensils for two people, we found it very comfortable with an added bonus of a hot tub.If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing breakaway Hall Farm cottage is perfect.
