A 10-minute drive will take you into Devon, across the Tamar Bridge spanning the large tidal estuary dividing Devon and Cornwall. On the south coast, there are some delightful picturesque seaside villages to visit including Downderry and Looe, and the long sandy beaches at Whitsand Bay. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
