Pets are not allowed. The villa charges cleaning fees, costs for towels and bed linen (available for an extra fee), and a deposit per stay, which you must pay directly to the owner via bank transfer, no later than six weeks before the check-in date.

Electricity costs are charged to you per kWh. Guests booking less than six weeks before check-in must make these payments immediately after booking.
