Casa con medidas higiénico sanitarias deficientes. Lavavajillas lleno de vajilla sucia con moho, pájaros muertos en la chimenea, vasos y tetrabrik en los balcones, bombas de aire no funcionaban. Escaleras con muchísima pendiente. No apta para invierno.
