The single-storey house invites you to sunbathe in the private garden or enjoy an evening with friends and family. The equipment includes an air-conditioned living-dining room, a separate, well-equipped kitchen with hob, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and two bathrooms with shower. There is free Wifi connection and a TV with cable channels. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and a bus station.

To note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
