Waking up to the sound of the waves will be your daily routine in this house for 6 guests with sea access and a private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere.
Fancy a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean? Nothing could be easier; a wooden door leads to the natural rocky beach and the sea.
Approximately a 10-15 minute walk away, there is a natural sandy beach where you can enjoy nature and tranquility.
If you enjoy walking, you can take an excursion to Son Serra de Marina and dine at the Sunshine Bar, which serves Mediterranean food.
In Colonia de Sant Pere, 1 km from the villa, you'll find several supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
Further north lies Betlem and Cala Na Clara, a dream spot for kayaking.
A 15-minute drive away is Can Picafort, offering supermarkets, gas stations, and plenty of leisure activities.
At Rancho Grande, 10 km from the house, they offer horseback riding excursions.
In the morning, you can cool off in the private chlorine pool or grab one of the four sun loungers and enjoy the first rays of sun.
The pool measures 1.8 x 3 meters and is 1.4 meters deep, and it invites you for a night swim as it is illuminated.
Afterwards, a good breakfast, and off to the beach! Upon returning home, there's nothing better than preparing a barbecue and dining on the porch overlooking the pool.
A built-in barbecue is at your disposal for this purpose.
The porch leads to the bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, pantry with a washing machine, and much more.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The first floor offers two bedrooms with sea or mountain views.
The master bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request.
Please note: Diesel cost: 1.15 EUR per liter of diesel, to be paid according to consumption.
On the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years old.
The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be collected before arrival via Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

Die Lage und die Sicht aufs Meer sind sensationell.
Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich notdürftig und alles ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist ekelhaft, das kann man keinem zumuten. Die Schränke stinken nach Schimmel und das Geschirr und die Töpfe ebenfalls. Der Dunstabzug funktioniert nicht, was zur Folge hat, dass die komplette Küche fettv...

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, die Urbanisazion liegt wunderschön, sauberes Haus mit traditioneller, mallorquinischer Einrichtung. Ausstattung gut. Betten bequem . Tolle Terrasse, kleiner Pool mit Liegen alles was man braucht. Herrlich.
Leider hat das Haus an der Außenwand der Küche starken Schimmelbefall durch Nässe. Dies riecht man sehr stark, wenn man die Küchenschränke entlang der Spüle öffnet. Da bleibt einem schon fast die Luft weg. Alle Küchenutenisilien riechen danach. Unschön. Sollte baldmöglichst behoben werden. Wäre schade um dieses wunderschöne Objekt.
