Central terraced house in northern Mallorca, for 2-8 guests, near Can Picafort beach and Playa de Muro.
The 3-story terraced house has 4 bedrooms and a living-dining room with air conditioning.
On the ground floor are the common areas, kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor, we find a bedroom with a terrace.
In the basement, there is a private garage, a shower, a washing machine, and an iron/ironing board.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby. You can visit the Alcúdia market, held every Sunday and Tuesday, Cap Formentor and Formentor beach, the Campanet Caves, S'Albufera Natural Park, or the beautiful Playa de Muro.

To go to the beach, you just need to walk down the street. Please note: In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night, and only during high season, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent via email. The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link.

En general bien pero falta actualización a nivel de decoración y mantenimiento (grifería de baños no funcionaba bien, TV antigua, etc). Además hay muchas escaleras y has de andar arriba y abajo todo el tiempo. La cama doble de habitación superior es muy pequeña y los colchones de la litera son muy finos por lo que esas plazas no son muy confortables para dorrnir.

La clim, les 4 chambres pour 8 etles 2 salles de bain. Près de la mer et de la rue pietonne.
C est assez bruyant par la grande route devant. Il manque des couverts et une planche à découper.
