Beautiful rustic house with swimming pool in Sineu for 6 guests who wish to spend relaxing days between the countryside and the beach.



The village of Sineu is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca, where every Wednesday there is a colourful street market in the streets of the village. The northern area is about 20 kilometres away from the best beaches of crystal clear water and white sand such as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia, which offer their visitors days of family enjoyment with the best natural landscapes. Villages such as Capdepera and Artá are also within easy reach. Sineu has restaurants with typical Mallorcan food.



This cosy house surrounded by fields and mountains, has a beautiful garden with lawn and a chlorine swimming pool of 9 x 5 meters and with a depth of 0,80 X 1,70 meters where both children and adults will enjoy summer afternoons having a nice swim after returning from the beach, or simply sunbathing on the sofas arranged in front of it while the chef of the house prepares a vegetable barbecue. At the end of the day, if you feel like playing ping pong in the games room in front of the barbecue area.



The porch of the house with outdoor furniture where you can have breakfast, and at the entrance wooden and glass doors let light into the interior, the living room with a sofa and satellite TV where you can spend a quiet evening with the family. The dining room next to the kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher and basic kitchenware, among other things to make guests feel at home. A mezzanine with rocking chairs above the kitchen adds a special touch to the property. To rest, it has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the third one with two single beds. All of them with access to the garden. A wardrobe in the corridor to share. Two bathrooms with shower, one with hair dryer. A washing machine completes the equipment. Cot and high chair on request.

This innovative house runs entirely on solar panels, making the most of the sun's energy to minimise its environmental impact. Energy efficiency is a priority, so the dishwasher and washing machine are programmed to operate only between 11:00h and 17:00h, ensuring responsible use of available energy.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
