Lemontree is your perfect home for a peaceful holiday with spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains in western Mallorca.
With a private pool and large terraces, the finca is close to Lloseta and welcomes 5 guests.
With the mountains right next door, the location is a dream for cycling or hiking.
Especially in spring, when the almond trees are in bloom, it's the perfect time to explore our island by bike or on foot.
There are many paths around the house, ideal for family bike rides.
In the town of Inca or Lloseta, a 10-minute drive away, you'll find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars – everything you need for a perfect stay.
We recommend a dinner at Santi Taura restaurant, which serves Mallorcan delicacies.
The UNESCO World Heritage site, the Sierra de Tramuntana, hides many treasures worth exploring, including the picturesque villages of Valldemossa, Sóller, and Fornalutx, and coves with crystal-clear waters like Banyalbufar, Port des Canonge, or Port de Valldemossa.
To the north, you'll find sandy beaches such as Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor, or Playa de Muro. Start your day with a long breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the first rays of sun, followed by a refreshing dip in the private pool.
The private pool measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.5 to 1.65 meters, accessible via steps.
Here you can swim with spectacular mountain views! For a quick cool-down, there's an outdoor shower.
All the family chefs will appreciate the built-in barbecue for grilling meat and vegetables.
These grilled delights can be enjoyed on the terrace, which is partially covered by a vine in summer, providing shade.
In the afternoon, you can organize exciting ping-pong tournaments or simply choose one of the sun loungers and soak up the Mediterranean sun.
The house offers 4G WiFi (fiber optic).
The terrace opens into the air-conditioned living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen.
Preparing your favorite meals is easy here as the kitchen is well-equipped, including a ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, a blender, a griddle, and a sandwich maker, among other things.
For preparing hearty breakfasts, there's a kettle, juicer, and coffee maker, so you won't be missing anything.
The owners' love for the house is evident in every corner, especially in the bedrooms.
There are three in total: two with twin beds and one with a 1.35m wide bed.
All have a coat rack or wardrobe and offer lovely views of the garden; in spring, you can watch the almond trees bloom.
If you're traveling with a baby, we'll gladly provide a crib and high chair.

A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, is payable by each guest aged 16 and over in the Balearic Islands.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link with a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age.
This information will be sent via email.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and guests will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.

The location is absolutely beautiful, and only a 20min drive from the airport.
Set in the welcoming town of Lloseta we had a wonderful time at the property as well as making use of the direct train to Palma, only a 10min walk to the station.
The house is so well equipped and comfortable.
