The two-story house offers very welcoming, modern, and bright rooms, thanks to large windows throughout the property.
The spacious living-dining room with a fireplace connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, hob, fridge, and other kitchen utensils.
On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms, and on the upper floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, access to a terrace, and a chill-out area.
The villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and the first-floor bedroom.
The other 2 bedrooms have a fan.
Our guests have access to two bathrooms in the house, and we provide a cot and high chair upon request.
This beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the small and quiet village of Maria de la Salut, in a rural setting for a relaxing holiday.
The fine sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are just about a 20-minute drive away.
On Wednesdays, you can visit the Sineu market, which is also the oldest market in Mallorca.
In both Sineu and Petra, there are many "cellers" (traditional wine cellars and eateries) serving Mallorcan food.
Maria de la Salut has a small supermarket and a few bars; more services can be found in Can Picafort and Inca.
Please Note: There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.20 per night per person during high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night onwards, and only during high season, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: As required by law, we need to request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hat alles, was sie verspricht und was man braucht. Über den Willkommensgruß haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
WLAN-Verbindung könnte etwas stabiler sein.
