The authentic Mediterranean flavour can be experienced in this beautiful house with garden and terrace, for 2-4 guests in Son Serra de Marina, Mallorca north.



The 2-storey house offers sunbeds, living-dining room with TV, equipped kitchen with hob, two bathrooms with shower, cot/crib and 2 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is another bedroom with a single bed. Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet place, even in summer, with a natural beach and rocky coves, some restaurants and a grocery shop. The next village, Can Picafort, offers more services like supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A car is recommended and can be parked either in the garage (1 parking space) or in the street free of charge. We provide one beach towel per person.

As required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. During the high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is payable on site.
