Experience the authentic Mediterranean flavor in this lovely house with a garden and terrace, for 2-4 guests in Son Serra de Marina, North Mallorca.
The 2-story house offers sun loungers, a living-dining room with a television, a kitchen equipped with a stove, two bathrooms with a shower, a cot/high chair, and 2 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. Additionally, there is another room with a single bed. Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet place, even in summer, with a natural beach and small rocky coves, some restaurants, and a grocery store.
The next town, Can Picafort, offers more services such as supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
A car is recommended and can be parked either in the garage (1 space) or on the street free of charge.
We provide one beach towel per person. Points of interest: - Cala Ca Na Clara in Betlem - Cap Formentor - Alcúdia Market on Sundays and Tuesdays - Hidropark in Alcúdia - Old Town of Pollença - Hiking in the Llevant Natural Park Important to note: As required by law, we must ask for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent via email. There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
During high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, das Haus war sehr einfach aber wunderschön und hatte alles da was man benötigt um tolle Urlaubstage zu genießen. Die Lage perfekt und das Restaurant MOS gleich nebenan war spitze. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

die umgebung ist sehr schön,man kommt überall schnell hin,aber man muss mobil sein
wir hatten das pech,das gerade nebenan umgebaut wurde,sehr viel lärm und staub,die strasse wurde aufgestemmt,mit sehr viel lärm,wenn alles fertig ist,dann ist es ok.
