It is ideal for 4 guests who want to enjoy an independent holiday.
Can Picafort is located in the north of Mallorca and is famous for its fine sandy beach and wide range of leisure and dining options.
During the summer, it is a lively spot with many bars along the promenade.
You can enjoy water sports, rent sun loungers and umbrellas, or have a picnic on the beach.
In the low season, you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, go hiking, cycling, visit the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, or play golf in Alcanada.
Along the promenade, there are several playgrounds and a market every Friday.
The apartment's terrace boasts spectacular views of the sea and the mountains on the horizon.
After a long day at the beach, you can relax in the living room, watch television, or enjoy a meal with friends.
If you don't feel like going out for dinner one day, you can prepare something in the kitchen, which includes a gas hob, Italian coffee maker, microwave, etc.
There is also a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.
You can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
A modern bathroom with a shower and a cot/high chair complete the amenities.
Please note: License: ETVPL/15197 There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link.
This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

Die Lage war richtig toll.
Wohnung ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet und müsste dringend renoviert werden . Im 4.stock geht ein leichter Wind nur wenn da einmal die Luft stickig ist gibt es keine Klima und es war nachts dann sehr sehr unangenehm.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, bis zur Strandpromenade mit den zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants sind es ca. 20-30min Gehweg, je nach Tempo ;) dazwischen liegen vereinzelte Restaurants in denen man jedoch auch gut essen kann. Leider ist der herrliche Sandstrand, den wir so an Can Pic...

Comfortabel appartement op vierde verdieping. Mooi uitzicht en enkele meters van zee en strand. Rustig gelegen aan einde van wandelboulevard.
