Just 1 km from Cala Agulla, this spectacular villa with pool and garden offers plenty of space for 10 guests, in Capdepera, northeast Mallorca.



The east is famous for the dreamlike beaches which are within a 5-15 minutes' drive. Among the most beautiful are Son Moll, Cala Mesquida and Font de Sa Cala. Capdepera with its castle and picturesque old town also has many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The golf course of Capdepera is 6 km away from the villa. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy a nice dinner and a nice walk along the promenade. In Artá there is a street market every Tuesday which is worth a visit.



Surrounded by nature and tranquillity you will find the finca Son Jaumell, a real gem of a house. The swimming pool is undoubtedly the favourite place for the whole family. Around it, you can choose one of the sunbeds and sunbathe while the children play in the garden. Pool towels are provided for your comfort. On the porch overlooking the garden, the family can gather for a barbecue. The patio in the entrance area offers another furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast. The outside bathroom with toilet and shower is very practical. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, living room with Smart Tv, well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower as well as 2 double bedrooms with access to the garden. Due to the structure of the house, there are 2 bedrooms on floor -1, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. The fifth bedroom is located in an annexe and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. For those who want to keep fit even during their holidays, there is a fitness room in the house. A washing machine, iron/ironing board, Wifi and a cot/crib complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
