It's ideal for a city and beach holiday, situated 5.5 km from the trendy Santa Catalina district.
The villa is in a beautiful area, nestled between the city and the sea.
Restaurants and bars are close to the house, and you can also walk to the beach and the bus station.
Son Vida golf course is 4 km away, while Palma Nautical Club is 6 km from the house.
The island's capital boasts many leisure activities, cultural attractions, and restaurants.
The Santa Catalina neighborhood is famous for its market, where you can enjoy delicious tapas before hopping between bars.
In the Sant Jaume and Santa Catalina neighborhoods, you'll find numerous museums and art galleries.
For nightlife, head to the Paseo Marítimo with its clubs and bars, including the renowned Garito Café and Tito’s.
Porto Pi shopping center, with its shops and supermarkets, is 3 km from the house.
A car is not necessary as you'll find all essential services nearby.

The first-floor terrace is ideal for hosting memorable evenings, complete with city views.
After the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.
The bedrooms are cozily decorated and feature parquet flooring.
The bright living room offers access to the terrace and is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV, and air conditioning.
If you wish to cook during your holiday, there's a kitchen with a ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and much more.
Regarding sleeping arrangements, you can choose from four bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed.
Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, along with two separate toilets, complete the amenities.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
For our younger guests, we provide a crib and a high chair.
A washing machine and an iron with an ironing board are also available.

A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, is payable in the Balearic Islands for each guest aged 16 and over.

The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and clients will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI or passports of all guests aged 16 and over.

Genug Platz für 7 Leute, der Pool war vor allem für die Kinder das highlight. die Terrassen bieten einen tollen Ausblick und die Lage ist wirklich gut.
Vieles abgewohnt und alt. Betten teilweise kaputt, viele Ameisen überall. Pooltreppe rostig und wackelig, Küchengeräte alt und schmutzig, schmutzige Fenster, Türen verzogen und schließen nicht, Badezimmerarmaturen teils kaputt....

Vi likte at huset lå så sentralt og nærme sjøen.
Vi ble dessverre veldig skuffet over huset. Bildene i annonsen må være tatt for mange år siden, for standarden på huset var langt fra slik det som fremstod på nettet. Alt var veldig slitt, og flere ting fungerte ikke som det skulle.
Dørene gikk ikke an å lukke ordentlig, og det ene toalettet og dusj...

Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much.
It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal.
