Welcome to the "Lüttje Holthuus" – your small wooden house with natural charm in the enchanting Ammerland!
Our cosy holiday home was built in 2021 and harmoniously combines rustic charm with modern comfort. We offer charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes, an idyllic garden and a barbecue on the covered terrace.
The coastal cities of Oldenburg, Bremen, the East Frisian Islands and the Netherlands are a maximum of 45 minutes away by car. Make use of free WiFi, a smart TV and a washer-dryer in our accommodation at your convenience. Access is keyless via code, which you will receive by email at least 24 hours before arrival.
The holiday home is well equipped with a DVD player, a kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Enjoy the living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom with a spacious spa shower.
The Ammerland is famous for its picturesque cycle paths, tree nurseries and parks. Explore the region by cycling leisurely through fields of flowers or walking in the woods. The holiday home is located directly on the Augustfehn Canal, which offers a beautiful route to the neighbouring villages. A bakery/café is only about a 5-minute walk away, and restaurants can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by bike.
