It stands in the residence Santa Barbara 2 and offers a community swimming pool, for adults and children, with outdoor shower and a big garden with lawn. It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, only 5 minutes walk from the Montañar I rocky beach and close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

The comfortable living room has a glass dining table, a large sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi and double doors opening onto a small terrace with direct access to the garden and pool.
