From this comfortable flat you will be able to enjoy different shops, a variety of restaurants and all that this wonderful holiday destination has to offer. At the Xara flat it is not necessary to have a rental car, as everything you need is close at hand.

This flat is fully equipped with internet, tv, air conditioning, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.

The flat has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and two small terraces with sea views.

Note 1. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
