Completely renovated complex of trulli with swimming pool 2 km from the center of Castellana Grotte, surrounded by the Apulian countryside among centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees, with a large garden.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including: a double bedroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom in the trullo with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom; an additional bathroom with shower.

The kitchen and the living room overlook the garden with a view of an infinity pool, on one side with a waterfall. The porch in front of the house is equipped with a kitchen, sink and barbecue.
Large table and chairs to share lunch and dinner, with a suggestive view of the pool and garden. Stone shower and relaxation area with sofas in the shade of a pergola in front of the pool. Magical place to spend your holidays in the name of modernity but also of the tranquility of a simple place surrounded by greenery.
At the same time you can easily reach the sea a short distance from all the places of tourist interest from the Castellana Caves to Alberobello, 7 km away.

Surely a destination not to be missed are the Sassi di Matera, houses built in the rock; a place that many directors have chosen to shoot important films.
Matera has been named a city of culture by UNESCO. The property is wheelchair accessible, with barrier-free entry and large indoor spaces.
