The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with 16 steps and the terrace.
The living areas are modernly furnished and complemented by antique pieces. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) and large wardrobes. A travel cot and a Stokke high chair are available. Please notify us in advance if you require these. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

There is a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer.
Washing detergent is provided. The parking space for the car is located on the "Am Forsthaus" side of the house, as is the entrance to the apartment (the left parking space). The terrace is approximately 35 sqm, with a beach chair.
A charcoal grill is available and must be cleaned after use. The apartment is located in Bauerbach, about 8 km from Marburg, at the edge of the forest and is quietly situated. The view from the 35 sqm sun terrace with a beach chair overlooks a beautiful park-like meadow with old fruit trees. The apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with 16 steps leading to the terrace. The bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away.

On Bauerbacher Straße, there is a grocery vending machine where you can buy fresh groceries such as eggs around the clock. Further shopping options in the village include the Böhm farm and the village shop in Ginseldorf. Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer, no later than 14 days before arrival. A 100% prepayment is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Departure is possible between 12:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Key handover is via a key safe; the code will be sent to you by email after payment has been received. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 pets, €10 per pet/night). A travel cot/baby bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Towels, bed linen, parking, and Wi-Fi usage are included in the price. Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM, departure until 11:00 AM. The entrance to the holiday apartment is located on the "Am Forsthaus" street side. Take the MR Einkaufszentr. exit, turn towards the city center onto Neue Kasseler Str., then left onto Panoramastr. and follow it for 7.6 km (9 min). At the Fernheizwerk junction, turn left and follow the road until you reach "Am Forsthaus" directly.
