The cozy, rustic mountain hut with a tiled stove can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is located directly on the toboggan run.

Come in and feel at home! The holiday home – Berghütte Fichtelstreich in Oberwiesenthal was built in 1959 and lovingly renovated in 2011 using regional natural materials, and spruced up for you.

The hut offers space for 2 to 8 people. Your hosts, Cindy & Erik, who live directly behind the hut, hope you will feel comfortable in the small hut, which is located directly on the toboggan run and offers a unique view of the alpine meadows, the ski jumps, and the Fichtelberg. The mountain hut is ideally located, yet rustic, cozy, and homey, nestled among fir trees.

It's the perfect retreat to end an eventful day by the fire in the tiled stove with friends or family.

Upon direct request, the hut can also be booked for a shorter period. A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site.

A security deposit of €100.00 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded after departure. Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.

Later cancellations will be charged at 30% of the total price.

Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be charged at 80%. Arrival from 2 p.m., later arrivals possible, late arrival possible (key deposit). Departure by 10 a.m. Pets are allowed upon request.

Additional costs will be incurred and settled on site. The visitor's tax of €2.10 per person/night will be charged separately on site. Key handover takes place in person on site. 1) Arrival Information: The fastest way to Oberwiesenthal from the north, west, and east is via the A72, exit Stollberg West, then follow signs for Zwönitz/Scheibenberg/Crottendorf/Oberwiesenthal. From the south, take the route through the Czech Republic towards Karlovy Vary, exit Ostrov, and via Boží Dar across the border to Oberwiesenthal. In Oberwiesenthal, head towards the ski area. Drive under the railway bridge and then turn right towards Hotel Panorama or Jens Weißflog. Follow the signs for "Pension Schanzenblick" and drive to the intersection of Weststrasse/Vierenstrasse, directly to the hut's parking lot. Registration/Key Collection Please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can welcome you. You will receive the keys for the hut and complete the registration. The hut is available from 2 p.m.
