This cozy, rustic mountain cabin with a tiled stove can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is located directly on the toboggan run. Enjoy the view of the alpine meadows, the ski jumps, and the Fichtelberg.
Come in and feel at home! The holiday home – Mountain Cabin Fichtelstreich in Oberwiesenthal was built in 1959 and lovingly renovated in 2011 using regional natural materials, and spruced up for you. The cabin offers space for 2 to 8 people. Your hosts, Cindy & Erik, who live directly behind the cabin, hope you feel comfortable in the small cabin, which is located directly on the toboggan run and offers a unique view of the mountain meadows, the ski jumps, and the Fichtelberg. The mountain cabin is ideally located, yet still rustic, cozy, and inviting, nestled among fir trees.
It's the perfect retreat to end an eventful day by the fire in the tiled stove with friends or family.
Upon direct request, the cabin can also be booked for a shorter period. A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100.00 will be collected, which will be refunded after departure. Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged 30% of the total price.
Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be charged 80%. Arrival from 2 PM, later arrivals possible, late arrival possible (key deposit). Departure by 10 AM. Pets are allowed upon request.
Additional costs will be incurred and settled on-site. The local tourist tax of €2.10 per person/night will be calculated separately on-site. Key handover takes place personally on-site. 1) Arrival Information: The quickest way to Oberwiesenthal from the north, west, or east is via the A72, exit Stollberg West, then follow signs for Zwönitz/Scheibenberg/Crottendorf/Oberwiesenthal. From the south, travel via the Czech Republic towards Karlovy Vary, exit Ostrov, and then via Boží Dar across the border to Oberwiesenthal. In Oberwiesenthal, follow signs towards the ski resort. Drive under the railway bridge and then turn right towards Hotel Panorama or Jens Weissflog. Follow the signs for "Pension Schanzenblick" and drive to the intersection of Weststrasse/Vierenstrasse, directly to the cabin's parking lot. Registration/Key Collection Please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can welcome you. You will receive the keys to the cabin and complete the registration. The cabin is available from 2 PM. Please inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that someone can greet you. If you arrive later than expected, please call us in advance!
