This cozy, rustic mountain cabin with a tiled stove can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is located directly on the toboggan run.
Enjoy the view of the alpine meadows, the ski jumps, and the Fichtelberg.
Come in and feel at home! The holiday home – Berghütte Fichtelstreich in Oberwiesenthal was built in 1959 and lovingly renovated in 2011 using regional, natural materials and spruced up for you.
The cabin offers space for 2 to 8 people.
Your hosts, Cindy & Erik, who live directly behind the cabin, hope you feel comfortable in the small cabin, which is located directly on the toboggan run and offers a unique view of the alpine meadows, the ski jumps, and the Fichtelberg.
The mountain cabin is ideally located yet rustic, cozy, and homely, nestled among spruce trees.
It's the perfect retreat to end an eventful day with friends or family by the warmth of the tiled stove.
Upon direct request, the cabin can also be booked for a shorter period.
A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash.
A security deposit of €100.00 will be collected upon arrival and refunded after departure.
Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 30% of the total price.
Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be charged at 80%.
Check-in is from 2 PM; late check-in is possible (key drop-off).
Check-out is by 10 AM.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Additional costs will apply and are settled on-site.
The local tourist tax of €2.10 per person/night will be charged separately on-site.
Key handover takes place in person on-site. 1) Arrival Information: The fastest way to get to Oberwiesenthal from the north, west, or east is via the A72 motorway, exit Stollberg West, then follow signs for Zwönitz/Scheibenberg/Crottendorf/Oberwiesenthal.
From the south, take the route through the Czech Republic towards Karlovy Vary, exit Ostrov, and via Boží Dar across the border to Oberwiesenthal.
In Oberwiesenthal, head towards the ski resort.
Drive under the railway bridge and then turn right towards Hotel Panorama or Jens Weissflog.
Follow the signs for "Pension Schanzenblick" and drive to the intersection of Weststrasse/Vierenstrasse, directly to the cabin's parking lot.
Registration/Key Collection: Please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can welcome you.
You will receive the keys to the cabin and complete the registration.
The cabin is available from 2 PM.
Please inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so someone can greet you.
If you arrive later than expected, please call us in advance!
