The "Beerenhütte" (Berry Hut) warmly welcomes you. Make yourselves at home in the cozy wooden house with an open floor plan.
A living room with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen, as well as an open sleeping loft await you. The hut features a bathroom with shower/WC and underfloor heating.
It is an ideal place for peace and relaxation after a day in the fresh mountain air. Warm up with a hot chocolate after a day outdoors and browse our small library. The hut at a glance: - Kitchen area with stove and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, kitchen set (dish soap, tea towel, sponge) - Living room with couch (suitable for sleeping 2 people), dining area, fireplace, TV, radio, underfloor heating - Open sleeping loft (2x 140 x 200 cm) ATTENTION! No standing height! Steep stairs without a railing! No baby bed can be set up - Modern bathroom with shower, WC, underfloor heating The hut is located in a quiet residential area on Weststrasse with views of the town, Keilberg mountain, and the ski slope/summer meadows. Immediately nearby are the cable car, chairlift, summer toboggan run, mini-golf, and wellness facilities. The hut is quietly located in the garden of Pension Schanzenblick with its own secluded terrace, allowing for peaceful evenings with a glass of wine under the starry sky. Parking is available directly in front of the hut. A public transport stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The town center and train station can be reached in 10-15 minutes. A deposit of 50% may be charged upon booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site.
A security deposit of €100.00 is required upon arrival and will be refunded after departure. Arrival from 2 PM, later arrivals possible, late check-in possible (key deposit). Departure by 10 AM Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax of €2.10 per person/night will be charged separately on site. Key handover takes place in person on site. 1) Arrival Information: Directions The quickest way to Oberwiesenthal from the north, west, or east is via the A72 motorway, exit Stollberg West, then follow signs for Zwönitz/Scheibenberg/Crottendorf/Oberwiesenthal. From the south, travel via the Czech Republic towards Karlovy Vary, exit Ostrov, and proceed via Boží Dar across the border to Oberwiesenthal. In Oberwiesenthal, head towards the ski resort. Drive under the railway bridge and then turn right towards Hotel Panorama or Jens Weissflog. Follow the signs for "Pension Schanzenblick" and park in front of the guesthouse. Registration/Key Collection Please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can greet you. You will receive the keys for the Beerenhütte and complete the registration. The hut is available from 2 PM. Please inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that someone can greet you. If you arrive later than expected, please call us beforehand!
