The 80 sqm vacation home is located on the first floor and is divided into 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable leather corner sofa and satellite TV. In the dining room, you will find a table set for 5 adults.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an egg boiler, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, a washing machine, all necessary kitchen utensils, and crockery.
The bedroom in the gable has a box spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00m, and the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00m. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. For the fifth person, a sofa bed is available on the gallery, as well as a crib.
On the wooden terrace, you will find seating and lounging options.
You are welcome to use the adjacent fenced garden for your dogs. If you like something a bit different, a few more stairs, corners, and angles – then this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Rhön region at the foot of the Milseburg mountain, with a view of the Wasserkuppe.
Ideal for walks, hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing in nature.

Now we live here with our dogs Lotte, Fine, and Brösel, our running ducks, chickens, goats, and miniature horses, who are given their final resting place here.
We hope you will feel just as comfortable here as we do! Payment is by bank transfer or cash. Arrival is possible from 3 PM. Departure is possible between 10 AM and 11 AM. Key handover is done in person. Pets are allowed free of charge. A deposit of €50 will be collected for the electronic farm gate opener. Baby crib / high chair are available free of charge. A visitor's tax of €1 per adult is charged separately on-site. Included services: bed linen, towels, parking, final cleaning, WiFi, barbecue facilities. Not suitable for construction workers. Check-in from 3 PM.
