Our well-equipped holiday flat offers space for 2-4 people. It consists of a large living room with 2 sofa beds, satellite TV, dining area and a kitchenette with oven and dishwasher. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are of course included in the price. Enjoy the view of the greenery. On warm days you can sit on the balcony and relax.

Our farm is located in the small village of Junkersholz, above the town of Leichlingen. It is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Our farm has been family-owned since 1936 and is now run by the third generation. We have suckler cows, cattle, calves and barn-raised chickens. In addition to the fodder for our animals, we also grow several varieties of potatoes, which we sell in our farm shop. Many different flowers bloom in our flower fields from spring to autumn and invite you to cut them yourself. Our modern holiday flats and flats are ideal as a starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or as accommodation for family celebrations and visits from relatives.

A deposit of 20% can be charged after booking.
You pay the remaining amount in cash on site.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations between the 29th and 4th day before arrival will be charged at 30% of the total price.
Later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total price.

Arrival from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Departure by 10 am.

Please let us know your planned arrival time one day before arrival.

The keys will be handed over personally on arrival.

Pets are not allowed.

A baby cot is available free of charge on request.

Check-in: 14:00 to 18:00, please inform us at least one day before arrival about your planned arrival time within this time window. If you wish to arrive earlier than 14.00 or later than 18.00, please inform us when booking so that we can agree or decline in good time.

Check-out: by 10.00, depending on subsequent occupancy, individual arrangements are also possible
