Familien-Apartment 1 is located in a beautiful wooden house in Meersburg, a picturesque town directly on Lake Constance.
Here you will find the oldest inhabited castle in Germany, small alleys and squares steeped in history, creating a medieval flair against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Constance.
Both the city center and the enchanting lake promenade can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot.
Using high-quality materials, the spacious two-room apartment meets upscale demands for a stylish apartment residence.
On about 56 m² the apartment offers a light-flooded room concept ideal for families up to 4 persons.
The modern apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms.
The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and a high chair on request. In about 12 minutes walk you can reach the historic old town of Meersburg with the picturesque waterfront promenade, numerous restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking Lake Constance.
A supermarket is a 13-minute walk from the accommodation (1.1 km). Stroll through the old town alleys, visit the small stores and the castle or take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau.
You can reach the lido and the thermal baths after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km). Meersburg is the ideal starting point to explore the western part of Lake Constance.
A ferry will take you to the lively and versatile university town of Constance in just a few minutes.

Das Appartement hatte die nötige Ausstattung und es war sauber. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte sich gut erholen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank!
Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Sie war groß und modern eingerichtet.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage der Wohnung liegt außerhalb vom Ortskern. Das ist doch mühsam vom Ort bis zur Wohnung. Es sei denn, das man
mit dem Bus fahren konnte. Leider konnte man Abends nicht mehr damit fahren. Letzte Abfahrt war zw. 19:15 + 19:30. Die Fahrt war mit der Gästekarte kostenlos.
