You are situated in direct proximity to the Alter Markt (Old Market Square) with its historic town hall, on a quiet side street. You can access the 1st floor via the historically preserved and renovated building hallway and the restored wooden staircase.

Through the large double doors, you enter the approximately 35m² studio apartment with its old-building character and modern flair.
In the hallway, you will find the coat rack/dressing area and the newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Through the historically preserved door, you enter the living/dining/sleeping area with preserved stucco ceilings.

Die Ferienwohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern.
Alles sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Sehr gute Lage nicht weit weg vom Supermarkt und ein kurzer Fußmarsch zum Ozeaneum.
