Located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town of Stralsund, this listed multi-family house with 6 holiday apartments was newly renovated in 2020/2021. You are in direct proximity to the Old Market Square with the historic town hall, situated on a quiet side street. Through the historically preserved entrance hall, you reach the 2nd upper floor via a renovated wooden staircase.
Here you will find the bright apartment, approximately 47m² in size. The apartment features a living-dining area and an adjoining sleeping area.
The living-dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, along with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Studio mit viel Platz zum relaxen und gut schlafen. Sehr nah an der Fußgängerzone, Bäcker an der nächsten Straßenecke... alles was Stralsund zu bieten hat hervorragend zu Fuß erreichbar;-)))

Küchenausstattung war ok.. Eine etwas größere Schüssel gefehlt und ein zweiter kleiner Topf wäre schön gewesen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung an ruhiger Lage mit einem sonnigen Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. fehlt ein Sparschäler, um Obst und Gemüse zu schälen, ein Abwaschschwamm oder -lappen hat ebenfalls gefehlt)
