The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs. - A kitchenette opening onto the living room and fully equipped with: combined oven/microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery... - A shower room with shower and WC Outside: - Enclosed, private, west-facing small garden of 8 m², furnished with garden table and chairs, ideal for enjoying fine weather. Nearby amenities: - Courseulles sur mer beach 750 m away (9 minutes on foot) - Juno Beach 550 m away (5 minutes on foot) - Sailing school 1.5 km away (19 minutes on foot) - JOA Casino in St Aubin 5 km away (11 minutes by car) - Caen 21 km away (27 minutes by car) What to do : During your Normandy getaway, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit to the Juno Beach museum.... On Tuesdays and Fridays, there's a lovely market in the centre of Courseulles. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park nearby. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bus near the residence - Caen railway station 25 km away (30 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey railway station 20 km away (25 minutes by car) - Caen-Carpiquet airport 27 km away (30 minutes by car) Area: This studio is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few metres from the sea and all amenities: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, florist, mini-market, restaurants, etc. There's a daily fish market along the harbour and a more general market on Tuesdays and Fridays in the town centre. Traveled with friend on motorcycles. This is a Studio apartment, so one room with Sofa Bed, small Kitchen area and en suite Shower room with W.C. Ideal for a short stay, bed is comfortable. Clean condition throughout.It's quite small, but well equipped.Would recommend.
