Stay in the Gulf of Morbihan and reach La Roche-Bernard, a city of character nestling at the foot of the beautiful Vilaine. This charming villa sleeps 4 to 6 people and is ideal for groups or friends. It perfectly combines comfort and modernity. It has 3 bedrooms: A large ground-floor bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bay opening onto the terrace. A second bedroom with a double bed, accessible via the (rather steep) staircase. The last bedroom has a single bed and a small view over the Vilaine.
This 2020 architect-designed house has a large living room opening onto its enclosed garden with barbecue.
Like the small living/dining room with access to the patio, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, etc.) offers access to the terrace and patio.
A car park with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for walking days on Thursdays.
We advise you to use the reverse gear, which will allow you to leave more easily. As an added bonus, the owners have provided an external socket for electric vehicles. There is also a basketball hoop and trampoline for children.
The owners' cat will remain in the garden, and holidaymakers will be able to feed it. He may want to return to his natural habitat, so don't hesitate to put him back outside. It is very gentle and kind with children.
