Situated on the fourth floor of a building with lift, the house opens onto an entrance hall which leads, on the right, to an independent, well-equipped kitchen, complete with dining table, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Continuing on, one reaches the living room with dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and access to a small balcony.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom complete with shower and washing machine completes the flat.

Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and 4 fans, heating and an iron with ironing board are also available to guests.

Santa Margherita Ligure is situated on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the north-western part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Gulf of Tigullio. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called 'Dolphin Coast', which links the town to Portofino. The locality is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park.
