The spectacular Villa La Montgoda is a brand-new luxury villa, located in the quiet and exclusive residential area of La Montgoda, near the center of Lloret de Mar.
This beautiful modern villa was recently built with high-quality materials and is characterized by its natural light, sea views, spacious areas, open-plan kitchen, and an impressive pool area.
The villa is fully equipped for large groups or multiple families wanting to gather for an unforgettable holiday.

Private parking space inside the property for 3 cars (more cars can be parked on the street in front of the house).
All bedrooms are en-suite and have their own bathroom.
The villa has three floors. GROUND FLOOR Lovely garden/pool area with a private swimming pool (12m x 4m) with a salt system, ideal for children.
Outdoor kitchen, large outdoor dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.
Chill-out corner with outdoor lounge furniture.
Outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people.
On this floor you will find several rooms, all with direct access to the pool area: - Small living area with TV and sofa.
Ideal for children to play or watch movies. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. - Bedroom 2: triple bedroom with 3 single beds (one of the beds is a pull-out bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 3: triple bedroom with 3 single beds (one of the beds is a pull-out bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 4: quadruple bedroom with 4 single beds (two pull-out beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower. - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. FIRST FLOOR The villa is accessed through this floor.
Simply park your car and enter the house at the living room level.
Here you will find the main living area with a large lounge and open-plan kitchen.

This is a small beach of about 100m hidden between rocks and pine trees.

In summer, arrive early to secure a spot! From the beach, you can take a pleasant walk along the Camino de Ronda, which is a seaside path that runs along the entire Costa Brava.
From Cala Trons, you can walk to the center of Lloret de Mar in 20 minutes, while enjoying the beautiful views.
Other beaches in the area include Cala Canyelles (5 minutes by car), Lloret beach (4 minutes by car), Fenals beach (10 minutes by car), and the beaches of Blanes (15 minutes by car).
The famous fishing village of Tossa de Mar is a 10-minute drive away.
Guests staying at La Montgoda have free access to the urbanization's club (for owners/tenants only) located 1 km away, where you can enjoy two tennis courts, a football field, and a large swimming pool.

This house definitely has the wow factor! It’s even better than the pictures. Lots of lovely areas to sit for meals and drinks. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. The pool area is amazing. The bedrooms are all lovely and modern. 11 of us stayed very comfortably. The walk into town is about 25 minutes ...
