This spectacular luxury villa is located directly on the sea, in the gated community of Cala Santa Maria de Llorell, in Tossa de Mar.


As this is a private urbanisation access is restricted to owners only, making the beach of Cala Llorell less crowded than other beaches on the Costa Brava.



The views from this villa are absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach on either side of the villa and the beautiful Costa Brava with its crystal clear waters, rocks and pine trees.



The location of the villa is unique, being one of the few villas with private access to the beach. Simply walk down the stairs from the terrace and you have your feet in the sand.



The villa is accessed at the top, at street level. Behind the gate you will find ample parking for 4 cars.


Down a ramp while enjoying the sea views, you will reach the pool/terrace.

Here you can enjoy the large 5x12m private pool, sun loungers, chill-out corner and a stunning terrace with incredible sea views.

From here you go down a staircase to the first floor. On this floor there are 6 bedrooms

Bedroom 1: double bed, with sea views and balcony.

Bedroom 2: two single beds together (which can be separated), with sea views and balcony.

Bedroom 3: double bed, with sea views, balcony and dressing room. En-suite bathroom with bath.

Bedroom 4: quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children. Sea views and access to balcony.

Bedroom 5: double bed, with sea views and balcony.

Bedroom 6: two single beds together (which can be separated).

Two more bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.



All double beds are 180 cm wide and single beds are 90 cm wide.


All rooms have ceiling fans, although there is a constant sea breeze throughout the house.



On the ground floor you will find the large living room with stunning sea views. The large sofa and windows make this a truly spectacular space. On this floor there is a bathroom with bath.


From the living room you access the dining area, as well as a separate small lounge with TV. Fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine. From the dining area and kitchen you have direct access to the front terrace, where you will find a large dining table and a barbecue to enjoy the warm summer evenings.



Private path (with stairs) leading directly from the villa to the beach. There are two beach bars/restaurants and water activities available for a fun-filled day!

The centre of Tossa de Mar is 5 km away, 10 minutes by car. Lloret de Mar is 15min away by car.
