Cozy house in the center of Frigiliana with air conditioning in all rooms.
The house is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor we find 3 air-conditioned rooms: a spacious double room with two single beds together (for the 4th and 5th guests under supplement), a double room with double bed and a single room.
Also a bathroom with shower on the same floor (has a hairdryer and heater). On the upper floor we find the living room, with 32" TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (symmetrical 300 Mb fiber optics), as well as a balcony overlooking Frigiliana and the mountains.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, combi fridge, toaster, drip coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, etc., as well as a 19" TV. The second floor also has a toilet. Car not necessary since it is in the heart of Frigiliana, a few meters from bars, restaurants, small supermarket shops, as well as points visited by tourists. Pets allowed UNDER REQUEST, only small pets less than 4Kg and under a fee. Pets are not allowed to use the sofas, beds or towels in the house with a penalty of up to € 50 for extra cleaning. The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items. In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest. Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service.
In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest. The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged. Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.

Nice apartment with most amenities you'll need. Easy access with a car and peaceful surroundings. Instead of leaving just one washing machine tablet and a roll of tp, I would suggest just raising the price by a few euros and stocking up. Also, lamps could be a few watts lower and a few steps warmer,...
